The historic property, first erected in 1927, celebrated its grand reopening in May of 2025, joining Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. The hotel underwent an extensive three-year renovation, encompassing its public spaces and 178 guestrooms, to create a chic and art-driven space for travelers and guests. The new design honors the property’s architectural legacy, marrying its Georgian Revival style with a refreshed, sophisticated charm. The result: an elegant yet classic landmark property in the heart of Chicago.
